1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials, images, and content contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Intellectual Property & Media Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, videos, logos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Prestige Paws Cattery.
- You may not download, copy, reproduce, or distribute our images of the Maine Coon, British Shorthair, or Ragdoll kittens for commercial use, unauthorized breeding advertisements, or scam operations.
- Any unauthorized use of our media will result in immediate legal action and DMCA takedown notices.
3. Reservations, Deposits, and Payments
The purchase of a companion animal through our cattery represents a binding financial agreement. The following terms apply to all transactions:
- Deposits: The $300 reservation deposit is required to hold a specific kitten. This deposit signifies your commitment to the adoption and removes the kitten from the open market.
- Final Balance: The remaining balance of the $700 adoption fee must be paid in full prior to the physical handover of the kitten, whether via local pickup or our flight nanny service.
- Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a kitten to any individual or family if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the environment is unsuitable. In the event we cancel the sale, your deposit will be refunded.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms, our Health Guarantee, or your purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Provo, UT.
